• All design is paid, minimum $350

• Once design is approved, estimate is revised

• We require a 25% or 50% deposit, depending on scale of project.

Metal is a raw material that will need care, just like any other construction material.

• If your steel is raw, you will have rusting. This can be a stylistic choice.

• If your steel has been painted, expect to do touch ups with Rustoleum paint every 3-4 years. Once you see spots of rust, it’s time to use a wire brush and spray paint.

• If your steel has been powder-coated, you’ve made a good investment. Expect little to no maintenance.
